RENTAL AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY WAIVER 

This Agreement is between you, the “Client,” and Best Stroller Rentals, LLC (“Best Stroller Rentals”). Best Stroller Rentals retains ownership of all rental equipment. The equipment is rented solely for personal use and is not for sale. By signing and accepting the terms and conditions of this rental agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

The Client's reservation is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Payment is due by credit, debit card, or PayPal at the time of booking. The Client agrees to allow Best Stroller Rentals to make necessary adjustments to the payment method for processing credits, refunds, or charges associated with the reservation.

Best Stroller Rentals will confirm your reservation via email within 24 hours. If no confirmation email is received, the Client should contact Best Stroller Rentals within 24 hours of booking.

The Client will specify the delivery and pick-up location in the Orlando theme park area, including resorts, hotels, or vacation homes in Orlando, Kissimmee, Clermont, Davenport, and Winter Garden. Delivery or pick-up outside these areas is not available.

Best Stroller Rentals will confirm the delivery and return pick-up time and location via email. If the Client is unable to locate or receive the rental item(s) within 6 hours of the scheduled delivery at a non-Disney resort, or within one hour at a Disney-owned resort, they must contact Best Stroller Rentals by phone or email. Missed delivery or pick-up times may incur additional charges or rescheduling fees, based on availability.

Deliveries and pick-ups at Disney-owned resorts require face-to-face interactions with a Best Stroller Rentals representative. The Client must select an available time on the website that they will be present for these face-to-face exchanges. Requests for alternative delivery or pick-up times outside of those listed on the website are subject to availability and must be arranged via email with Best Stroller Rentals.

Any change requests to the reservation must be made at least 24 hours before the agreed delivery time. Requests made within 24 hours are subject to the discretion of Best Stroller Rentals.
